Instead of Disneyland or anything like that how bout Hockey land:)
When your on the rides there should be projection screens showing highlights like for example bobby orrs goal.
For example have a Team Canada ride and your riding in carts painted in canada colors and for other countries as well.
Or a Crosby, Orr or Ovechkin ride
Food: Pucks=Black Cookies
Drink:Snow cone
In disney land you can ride a train instead of that make ride the zamboni.
Petting zoo=Hockey display
Gift shop like Hockey cards jerseys and all that.
