Thus far, I have almost 16,500 cards in my Hockey Card Collection inventoried in my My Collection with just over one shelf left to inventory from my Hockey Card storage closet.

I am sort of organized, but as you can imagine, it's a bit overwhelming when you have this many hockey cards. I have some of my completed sets in plastic boxes, some in penny sleeves in cardboard boxes and some of my individual player collections either in cardboard boxes (because they are encased), within plastic boxes or just loose in my closet on a shelf.

I need to figure out which cards I want to hold onto and which ones I can get rid of and then of course, figuring out the best way to buy, sell or trade them (which I'm hopeful will eventually be the Sports Card Marketplace on this site).

So I'm curious, how do you keep your collection organized?

Put sets in plastic boxes which i display on shelfs. Put basecards in cardboard boxes. Put my good cards, rookies, jersey, auto's and valuable inserts in sliding glass door display cases. I have 2 by the way.
